The connect portal and phone lines are now suspended as a result of the current measures in place to manage the current Covid-19 situation. At this time and in order to support you, we have an extended timescale of 45 days following installation for warranties to be registered. In the event that we are still not in a position to restart the service then, we will provide a further update on this to ensure that your warranties can still be registered later to ensure focus at this time remains on essential work.
